I am so excited to share this recipe for a Moist and Fluffy Vanilla Cake with you today! It's a cake I've been making for years, but wanted to tweak and it's finally ready!

Spirale Briochée à la Noisette Cuisson : 30/40min à 180°C Repos : 1h30+30min Ingrédients:Pâte à brioche :- 250 ml de lait- 10g de levure boulangère - 500g de farine- 1 oeuf + 1 jaune- 50g de sucre- 70g de beurre demi-sel mou Crème de noisette : - 100g de beurre mou- 1 oeuf- 120g de sucre- 140g de noisettes en poudre
