Danish head-chef Rasmus Kofoed (1974) is the co-owner of the Danish two-starred Michelin-starred Restaurant Geranium in Copenhagen. In 2012 Restaurant Geranium was ranked the 49th Best Restaurant in the World by Fine Dining Lovers. Rasmus Kofoed won the gold medal at the biennial world cooking contest Bocuse d'Or 2011 (also know as the World's Best Chef), after previously taking the bronze medal in 2005 and the silver medal in 2007. Kofoed won the Gold medal of Bocuse d'Or Europe in 2010.
