Petits lapins très "choux" à la châtaigne, ça  change des religieuses ^^ Ingrédients pour 6 pers. : 250 ml de lait d'amande (ou de lait) •  250 g de crème de marrons • 4 oeufs déco "lapins"(facultatif) • 2,5 feuilles de gélatine de 2 g • 100 g de beurre  • 400 ml de crème liquide	 • 1 pincée de sel  • 80 g de farine de blé  • 3 càs de fondant pâtissier  • 70 g de farine de châtaigne (ou de farine de blé).
