Cold Lemon Pasta Salad- meant to be made the day before and served cold. 1 tbsp olive oil Garlic powder 1 c heavy cream 1 c chicken broth 1-2 lemons (juice & zest) salt/pepper 1 lb pasta 1/2 c Parm cheese - ½-1 bag of baby arugula - 1 pint grape tomatoes - 1package frozen peas Cook pasta. Heat olive oil, heavy cream, lemon juice and zest, chicken broth and salt/pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer 15 min. -Add the sauce. Add vegetables. Add cheese.
