To me there is not much emphasis being placed here. There are so many trees to say that there is a definite one that the camera is focused on, the faded sky in the background is noticeable but not too relevant, and the railing plays a minor part but does give the photo some different color.
A lot of aspects are involved in this and nothing seems to be full. You would think that the lamp is the focal point but then again you do not see all of it. Then you look at the background and see the large forest.
The angle in this picture gives a whole different perspective on the fire pit and the bench compared to the first two. It does not show the entire fire pit but you can now tell that the camera is focused on it. It is like a down to the side view of the fire pit which make you feel like you are in it.
There are many factors that play into this photo. The shading, the colors, the trees and the distance from the statue. It doesn't just focus on the statue although the statue looks like the focal point. The trees and the fence and the shading kind of take the eye away from the statue for a minute.
