Charles Eames. Six shell chairs, model DSW, fibreglass stained army-green. Early version of the fibreglass shell produced by Zenith Plastics 1950-1953. Chairs were used outdoors and have five drain holes for rainwater in the seats. Numbered on backs. Labels from Zenith and Herman Miller embossed in shells. Dark wooden Dowel legs of later date. Shells are restored, small scratches and minor marks. Bases with marks, scratches and minor chips. Some bases tilt and have different screws.
