FEEL, DO, THINK = design thinking

It turns out our emotional brain fires first. That makes survivalist and evolutionary sense. Then we start doing what our emotions spur us to, and then we start thinking about what we're doing and we conceptualise the whole situation. All in nanoseconds. I believe if we do more to harness this knowledge that we act on feelings - the pattern of the three in this order that has got to where we are, could be used to help us make better decisions about where we go and how we go there.
