Behold The Porcupine Cake Made For Our Dear Friend Christine

Behold, the "Porcupine Cake", made for our dear friend Christine. We know, it looks more like a Hedgehog.

My son dared me to make a Porcupine cake - and this is what I made. He calls it the "Pockey-pine" because the quills are Japanese pockey (chocolate dipped sticks). I love a challenge!
