Saint Thérèse of Lisieux January 1873 – 30 September or Saint Thérèse of the Child Jesus and the Holy Face, born Marie-Françoise-Thérèse Martin, was a French Carmelite nun. She is also known as "The Little Flower of Jesus".
On her deathbed in 1897 Saint Therese said: "After my death I will let fall a shower of roses. This shower of roses was graces and miracles she bestowed on those who sought her help, symbolically represented in this St. Therese of Lisieux Icon.
