DIY Health and Fitness Binder - went through all of my fitness magazines and cut out articles, workouts, meal plans, and recipes I want to keep. Not to mention, it takes up a lot less space than all the magazines :)
workout binder with pen on a string. folder for printed out pinterest routines from my workout board. ab workouts on one side, everything else on the other. routines from my trainer in the very front of the entire binder. i also use myfitnesspal while i'm at the gym because i can't carry this thing all around! i map out my week on sunday, then buckle up for a great ride!
