Seated Chair Workout | Weight Loss Workout
Seated Leg Extensions: Sit on the chair with your feet flat on the floor. Lift one leg straight in front of you, keeping it parallel to the floor. Hold for a moment, then lower your leg. Repeat on the other side for 12-15 reps per leg. Seated Knee Lifts: Sit on the chair with your back straight and feet flat on the floor. Lift both knees towards your chest, then lower them back down. Repeat for 12-15 reps.
