Grease 9" pie plate. Press tortilla into it & spray w/Pam. Mix chx, cilantro, jalapeños (opt.), 1 C chz, ½tsp salt, & ½tsp pep. & put on tortilla. Mix eggs, milk, flour, b. pwdr, & ½ tsp. salt 'til smooth & pour over filling, top w/ 1 C chz. Bake 16-20 min.

Low carb tortilla makes this good for hubby. Chicken Cheese Quesadilla Pie - I would drop the cilantro and add ham or bacon. Maybe do them in large muffin cups.
