Buddha Bowl Recipe | Vegan + Family-Friendly
This is both a vegetarian and vegan recipe made with sesame tofu and colorful finds from my local farmer’s market in Union Square NYC.  The purple radishes were an exciting part of the dish as well as the base of Cilantro Lime #RightRice I used, which is a genius blend of protein-packed rice made of 90% of veggies (lentils, chickpeas and peas).
