This ice cream is rich and fudgey. Made from raw milk and cream and pastured raised egg yolks it is a delicious and healthy way to satisfy a chocolate craving. Maple syrup gives this a fudgey flavor while honey a light and whipped consistency (you can use whichever you prefer). A touch of vanilla enhances the flavor. This ice cream does get quite hard in the freezer- allow it to soften for 10-15 minutes before serving.
