One of the most helpful trackers I have put in to my journal is my pain tracker. On the page next to it is a symptom tracker and I'm hoping it will show some correlation between the two! I have inflammatory arthritis in my back and hips, and my symptoms vary so much. With this tracker I will be able to show my rheumatology team whats been going on far more easily!
