Due to the structure of cellulose, which makes up natural materials, most plant-based natural fibres are incredibly strong. However, non-synthetic fibres also make for far more breathable materials than synthetic fibres, making them an obvious choice for warm weather as well as cooler temperatures.

The model is wearing its 100% Lithuanian linen fabric, which is known as one of the most durable fabrics available, in accordance with the values of in et about. These high-waisted pants feature a back zipper closure. The Nukta pants are made of 100% Lithuanian linen created from linen fibres grown in Belgium and France. This fabric is biodegradable and sustainable.
The Merbau dress features ruffled trim around the V-neckline and comes with an optional belt. This dress is made from Lithuanian linen, which is known to be one of the most sustainable materials available, as it is biodegradable and only emits ¼ of the carbon per pound of cotton fiber. The linen used to make this dress was made in Lithuania but grown in Belgium and France.
The row of buttons on the front of the blouse is made of corozo. Corozo is made of firm organic fibres with natural grain, making it scratch resistant and exceptionally durable. The elegant cufflinks are slightly arched with white 12mm mother of pearl buttons.

Cupro fabric is recycled, which appeals to our environmentally-minded sensibilities. At the same time, however, cuprammonium rayon production involves large quantities of copper, ammonia, and caustic soda, all three of which can be toxic when they aren’t disposed of properly. What’s more, cupro fibers must be bathed in a variety of toxic chemicals before they harden, which exposes the environment to further harm.
