Oz's Green Drink Make the breakfast drink that Dr. Oz swears by! This "green drink" is high in fiber, low-calorie and rich in vitamins. 2 cups spinach cucumber head of celery bunch parsley 1 bunch mint 3 carrots 2 apples orange lime lemon pineapple

Basically, you make pre-made frozen smoothies bags. In the morning, you pull one out, add some orange juice or chilled green tea or coconut milk or almond milk or whatever liquid you like, and blend....that's it! Buy all your fruits and veggies. Cut, slice and dice and then separate into bags. I would use pre-chilled green tea instead of OJ if you are looking for added health benefit and fewer calories.

5 Minute Banana Pancakes 2 ripe bananas 4 eggs (or 6 egg whites) 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter Dash vanilla Dash Cinnamon Optional scope of pea protein Optional cup of oatmeal uncooked   Mix all the ingredients in a blender and then cook. I use coconut oil to coat the griddle.  Fantastic consistency and so sweet you don’t even need syrup.  Enjoy!!!

Butternut Squash Purée  According to recipe it's supposed to make 1-2 cups.  Mine made more like 4 cups so I had to adjust spices.  Also, hard to get the blender to blend it (and I have a Ninja)  First I added a couple more tablespoons of butter and then I kept adding small bits of water until I was happy with it.  Good flavor.  Can't wait to use it!
