I made the California sushi rice bowl from this link. It turned out amazing!! I didn't make the sauce drizzle. I just used lemon juice and soy sauce and it tasted great! I tried toasting the black sesame seeds and that was a bust so we had them untoasted and they tasted great too!

Salade de quinoa à emporter: 200 g de graines de quinoa 1 tête de brocoli 3 carottes 90 g de petits pois surgelés 1 petit oignon nouveau 1 petit piment rouge piquant 4 CS d'huile d'olive 1 CS menthe fraîche hachée 1 CS de jus de citron 30 g de graines de tournesol 1 cc de curry 1 cc de sirop d'agave sel & poivre

On récapitule : 1. Hachez le poulet avec le tabasco, les échalotes et l’ail. 2. Salez et poivrez. 3. Moulez votre préparation autour de brochettes en bois en leur donnant une forme ovale. 4. Disposez les keftas sur une plaque de cuisson. 5. Saupoudrez-les de cumin et de curry et arrosez-les d’huile d’olive. 6. Enfournez à 200°C pendant 10 minutes.
