Shrimp and asparagus stir fry. Roommate described the sauce for this recipe as "light and refreshing" a nice change from the heavier brown sauces I usually go for with stir fry. If you don't have shrimp, this recipe is also quite good with chicken.

Bouchées de crabe parmesan en croûte- 6 oz chair de crabe frais, 3 oz fromage à la crème ramolli, 2/3 t parmesan râpé, 3 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. moutarde, 1 c. sauce Worcestershire, ¾ c. Old Bay assaisonnement, ½ c. zeste citron, 1 jaune d'œuf, 1 ½ c. persil frais haché, 1 ¼ tasse de chapelure japonaise (panko), ¼ tasse de beurre fondu.
