Doing a with a little gluten variety - didn't pre-cook the cauliflower and added a scant cup flour. The results were amazing. The BEST cauliflower pizza crust. I was both surprised and amazed at how yummy this was! (Bonus: kids ate it with no complaints!

Parmesan and Herb Madeleines: 1/2 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, sea salt, 1 large egg, 1/2 cup yoghurt blend well and add parmesan and minced fresh rosemary. Cook for 10 minutes.

courgettes tomates mozza basilic ( et chorizo si envie) steam or boil zucchinis for mins, then stuff with the good things & bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Add basil leaves and some olive oil/balsamic if desired
