Throwback macho meal prep! Skillfully Prepped by @aliciaerica_fitness " #TBT to this week's mealprep that I did last weekend. I bumped up my calorie bracket to 1500-1750 this week (I usually eat 1200-1450) to reignite my metabolism and I feel so great! --- Not to mention I've been sleeping better have had less post-workout muscle soreness have had less cravings for carbs at night have had more energy and have been less lethargic in the afternoon. --- So those extra calories will fuel my workouts Bento, Meal Prep Plans, Meal Prep For The Week, Calorie Meal Plan, Diet Meal Plans
