Mahasirs Mudra – for relieving headache and tension Mahasirs mudra alances energy in the head and relieves headache and tension. Mahasirs mudra decongests the frontal sinuses. Just join tips of thumb, index and middle finger. The tip of the ring finger will rest at the root of the thumb. The little finger remains extended. Practice this mudra for 5-6 minutes with both the hands and see the magic.

Kapittha Mudra – mudra for sexual healing and enhancing sensitivity To do Kapittha mudra, you need to insert the thumb between index and middle finger as indicated. The remaining fingers will close to form a fist. Do this mudra while seated in a comfortable position. The left hand will be placed upon the heart and right hand on the pelvis. Close your eyes, relax and breathe naturally. you can do this mudra for 10-15 minutes or as when required.

Kapittha Mudra – mudra for sexual healing and enhancing sensitivity Kapittha Mudra brings about the connection between the heart and the pelvis. This mudra helps in developing devotion towards the partner.

Shakti Mudra – for inducing sleep and relieving menstrual discomfort

Shakti Mudra is good for inducing sleep. Over a period of time, it helps people suffering from chronic insomnia. Shakti mudra releases the tension in pelvic region. It counteracts spasms in the intestines and helps females during menstrual discomfort.

Back Mudra – for relieving back pain. Back Mudra works effectively for people with weak back. Back Mudra comes to rescue if you have strained your back after a prolonged activity like cleaning or sitting day long in a wrong posture. Right hand: The thumb, middle finger, and little finger will be in contact, the other fingers will remain extended. Left hand: Place your thumb joint on the nail of your index finger.
