One of the greatest travel destinations for those visiting Brussels is the Palais Stoclet which is not open to the public, but can be seen in its exteriors. The banker Adolphe Stoclet, an art lover and collector commissioned the villa from Josef Hoffmann, who built it between 1905 and 1911. Above is a photograph of the dining room in the Palais Stoclet designed by Josef Hoffmann with a frieze painted by Gustav Klimt.
