On April 5, 1934, a month after his “great escape” Johnnie Dillinger turned up at his father’s farm for a family reunion under the very noses of the FBI. (Two agents were watching the house.) Here he poses with a Thompson sub-machine gun and the wooden gun he had used to escape the jail in Crown Point, Indiana on March 3rd, 1934.
