NGC 3314 - a pair of overlapping spiral galaxie in the constellation Hydra. The foreground galaxy, NGC is about 117 mly away. The background galaxy, NGC is about 149 mly away. The two components of NGC 3314 are physically unrelated.
aka NGC 5194 the Whirlpool aka NGC 5195 (left) The Whirlpool Galaxy is a grand-design spiral galaxy, interacting with NGC a dwarf galaxy. Both galaxies are located 23 ± 4 million light-years away in Canes Venatici.
Remix Nebula - cloud of dust, hydrogen, helium and other gases that attract matter and materials to clump. These so called clumps form stars, planets, and other planetary systems. Nebulae are where the stars are formed!
Andromeda Galaxy (the Andromeda Galaxy is one of the closest Galaxy to us, scientists even believe that someday the Andromeda Galaxy will make a collision with our Milky way and completely destroy both of the Galaxies). I learned this on How The Universe
The Ghost Nebula, spanning two light-years, and 2000 light-years distant from Earth. Credit: Hubble Heritage Team As I'm still working on the lovely star-blessed tsentr, Neala, I found this to be most inspiring.
