Feminism is about choice, about having the rights and opportunities to choose.

Leg hair and people<<Wow, what a weird caption. Let's change that to "feminist vs misandrist views on leg hair", good?<<< wow, what a weird caption.

Encouraged by messages like this. This is what healing feels like: fighting against hate and the hate mongers through supporting each other.

#feminist #feminism #myequalrights THIS EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS YESSSS

I'm not a feminist. But I'm pinning for my feminist friends who hate people who call themselves "feminists" and then think/do/preach the things listed in here.

Feminism is synonymous with equality. So what part of "equality for EVERYONE" are you not comprehending? Feminism seeks to destroy the "princess pedestal", that women are too "kind" to be an attacker. We WANT the punishment to fit the crime, regardless of gender. Again, equality for all

Instead of me explaining why I don't find rape jokes funny, you explain why you DO find them funny. I'll wait.

How about instead of me explaining why I don't find rape jokes funny, you explain why you DO find them funny. Go ahead, I'll wait.

People these days are so terrible I swear. Why can't we go back to like the early 2000s??

this is why im so stressed rn. I hope my teacher lets me do it at lunch and not class time omg. she knows I have social anxiety so-<<<the pe thing isn't always true, I was hurting bad one day in pe and they would not let me sit out.

If you're a kid, and the person yelling is an adult, same thing. You're also afraid of what they'll do.

If you're a kid, and the person yelling is an adult, same thing. You're also afraid of what they'll do. < erghh so true. It can be an age thing as well as gender.

This is so true and I believe it. Also please excuse the curse words.

Btw abortions happen on females who don't want children and on straight white cis males

why we need feminism <<< especially when girls are saying rape is okay.

THIS is rape culture. This made me sick to my stomach. Sexual Assault is never ok under any circumstance. Both parties have the right to say "no" OR withhold consent at ANY TIME.

THIS IS HOW IT SHOULD ALWAYS GO!

Even when someone ADMITS they raped, we still somehow let them off the hook? We can't even put in jail the people who plead GUILTY! And people wonder why women don't report.

i hate that basic things women need (tampons, bras, pads, etc.) are compared to men's genitalia as if they were actually similar. doing that basically sexualizes things like underwear and i hate it so much ugh

a dumb guy sitting behind me in class said I had to fix my dress because my bra straps(which were barely visible btw) were distracting him!

The slide rule was invented around 1620–1630, shortly after John Napier's publication of the concept of the logarithm. Edmund Gunter of Oxford developed a calculating device with a single logarithmic scale, which, with additional measuring tools, could be used to multiply and divide. The first description of this scale was published in Paris in 1624 by Edmund Wingate (c.1593–1656), an English mathematician, in a book entitled L'usage de la reigle de proportion en l'arithmetique & geometrie.

"I find it somewhat odd when women in countries [in] the global North use internal feminist critiques from other parts of the world to feel smug that [‘they’] are 'well off’ as compared to those poor benighted women of 'another culture’. If you read feminist critiques of your own society, or simply look around you, you’ll find that marriage is pretty much the same there as here, as is the glass ceiling, the sexual division of labour, the sexism, the domestic violence. Not to mention the fact…
