Diamond-point spoon about 1470–78 London, England Silver, parcel gilt Museum of Fine Arts, Boston

The spoon has a fig-shaped bowl, tapering hexagonal stem, and a gilt diamond-point finial. The bowl, stem, and finial are forged from a single piece. There are splits in the bowl that have been filled with lead solder.
