California Quinoa Salad (Whole Foods Copycat)I I substitute black beans for the edamame (tend to stay away from soy products) & use some fresh rosemary instead of cilantro. Subbed onion for pepper (what I had in stock) and used the edamame.
From Krista - parmesan spinach quinoa - LOVE! Very good but I would add a lot more spinach next time. I also tried this with kale, but I prefer spinach. You can also add veggies - I added grape tomatoes and zucchini!
