Doctor Zhivago (1965)

Zhivago" ~ Omar Sharif & Julie Christie 1965 one of my all-time favorite movies

I wish this was only something out of someone's imagination, but it was all too real for millions of people.

Steven Spielberg set a benchmark in modern cinema with Schindler's List. The simple and iconic image of the girl in red became a symbol for lost innocence and childhood. The Girl in the Red Coat

On Golden Pond - One of the best movies I have seen in a while <3

On Golden Pond - starring Katharine Hepburn, Henry Fonda and Jane Fonda. A magnificent acting duet between Henry Fonda and Katharine Hepburn. I named my youngest daughter Chelsea after the character Chelsea played by Jane Fonda.

Went to theater to see this with my nieces Jenny and Betsy. We were laughing along when BAM! I don't think any of us realized before going that it was a drama. Such a fantastic and well-done movie, but it ripped our hearts out. I can still remember being exhausted when it was over. It's often on TV, but I've yet to watch more than a scene or two - maybe afraid it will wipe me out again?

Tears of Endearment ~ starring Shirley MacLaine, Debra Winger, & Jack Nicholson. This is another Mother Daughter movie, but I wish everyone a Mother like Shirley if you take ill.

To Sir With Love ~ Daddy loved this movie. I think he related to it with his teaching background and his heart for messed up teens.
