Eleanor Jean Parker (born June 26, 1922) is an American actress. Her versatility led to her being dubbed Woman of a Thousand Faces, the title of her biography by Doug McClelland. Possibly her most famous screen role is as Baroness Elsa Schroeder, the second female lead in the 1965 Oscar-winning smash hit The Sound Of Music. She has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame at 6340 Hollywood Boulevard.
