From June 18 to July Italy’s Lake Iseo was reimagined. The Floating Piers consisted of square meters of shimmering yellow fabric, carried by a modular dock system of high-density polyethylene cubes floating on the surface of the water.

Christo’s Floating Piers Wed Man and Nature Like Nothing Before  The Floating Piers is an immersive, site-specific environmental art installation that creates a walkable surface between Sulzano and Monte Isola as well as to the island of San Paolo.
