Low-carb porridge. This is SUCH a great Low-carb cream of wheat substitution! I don't use the cinnamon as I don't like cinnamon in cream of wheat. I cook the coconut flour in the water for 5 minutes, take it off the heat, then mix in everything else. I also add in up to 2 tablespoons collagen for enough protein for breakfast. Add in an egg on the side too to make sure! Really good!
