Spinach and feta stuffed french bread -- this ended up being pretty salty tasting, but interesting. Maybe use a different kind of cheese besides feta next time, or trade out the onion soup mix for another seasoning?

courgettes tomates mozza basilic ( et chorizo si envie) steam or boil zucchinis for mins, then stuff with the good things & bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Add basil leaves and some olive oil/balsamic if desired
