Ce pain matloua est vraiment moelleux avec une belle mie alvéolée. Je vous les présente en mini galette pour changer du format familial. Avec la quantité de farine donnée dans les ingrédients vous obtiendrez environ 7 petits pains. Vous avez été nombreuses à me réclamer, le voici.
