Raw Vegan Breakfast Parfaits - This breakfast? AH-MAZING. And I don’t say that lightly. This is one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in a very, very long time. The best part? It’s super easy, extremely healthy, and it’s raw (I’ve been trying to get more raw meals/snacks into my diet)!
Epic Date Caramel (5 ingredients!)
Salted Raw Caramel Dip (with no refined sugar or butter!) Ingredients: 1 cup soft Medjool dates, pitted 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt, or more to taste 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup almond milk, plus extra for desired texture 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon coconut oil optional: 1 cup soaked cashews or almonds
