Contrairement à ce que l’on pourrait croire, le maroilles n’est pas un fromage fort. Au contraire, son goût est plutôt discret et on peut l’apprécier de bien des manières. Aujourd’hui, je vous propose une tartine sucrée / salée avec du pain de campagne, des pommes, des tranches de magret de canard fumées, des noix et du maroilles pour gratiner. C’est léger, rapide à faire et délicieux. À accompagner d’une salade verte, pour un plat du soir.
